Our product Pericelle allinclusive kit combines 1 a unimolecular micelle nanoparticle and 2 a triblock hydrogel which together facilitate local and sustained delivery of the antirestenotic drug rapamycin Figure 1 and ref 6 Given the high rates of stenosis and graft failure in open vascular reconstruction surgeries a preventative therapeutic strategy is warranted as has been accepted for endovascular rapamycin eluting stents
