Agencies across the federal government support small businesses through the SBIR and STTR programs. Within HHS, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Administration for Community Living (ACL), and the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) participate in the small business programs.
