Celldom

Celldom is developing instruments, consumables, software, and workflows to analyze the functional and molecular properties of hundreds of thousands of single cells in each experiment. The Celldom CloneXplorer instrument performs time-lapse imaging, real-time AI-driven image analysis, multi-day incubation, and selective retrieval of high-priority cells for applications in T cell potency assays, antibody discovery, drug resistance screening, and cell line development.  

The Celldom consumable contains 300,000 to 3,000,000 nanowells arranged in a 96-well plate format, and is used for capturing single cells and co-cultures through sedimentation, and is capable of preparing up to 200,000 single-cell libraries for multi-omic applications. Finally, its Celldom Distiller Software platform allows scientists to visualize and filter the massive data generated in each experiment, allowing users to click on individual data points to observe time-lapse movies of each nanowell.
