Meet NIH Program Staff at the 2024 HBCU Entrepreneur’s Week

Attendees of the 2024 Spring HBCU Entrepreneur’s Week event at Xavier University of Louisiana will have the opportunity to hear from NIH program staff in a session titled “Developing a Diverse Biotech Workforce through the NIH Small Business Program,” which will be held on Friday, March 8, at 3:00 p.m. CT.

This panel will feature representatives from the National Institute for Minority Health and Health Disparities, the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute, the National Institute for Neurological Disorders and Stroke, the National Institute on Aging, and the National Institute for General Medical Sciences.

Attendees will learn more about non-dilutive funding opportunities for early-stage startup companies, entrepreneurial training programs, and resources designed to enhance diversity and inclusion within the biomedical workforce. 

Registration at the 2024 HBCU Entrepreneur’s Week is required to attend this session.
