eRA Alert: Intermittent Difficulty Accessing Grants.gov; Reminder of NIH System Issue Policy

Some applicants are experiencing intermittent difficulty accessing Grants.gov ahead of tomorrow's SBIR/STTR receipt date (April 5, 2023). If you feel this issue has impacted your ability to submit on time, please follow these guidelines for dealing with system issues.

Use the online ticketing system or call the eRA Service Desk toll-free: 1-866-504-9552 or 301-402-7469. It is acceptable to list multiple impacted applications in the same ticket.

Grants.gov is actively working on the issue.
